This is a healthy, fruity drink full of goodness.
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup low-fat yoghurt
- 6 fresh, stoned apricots
- 2 tsp honey, optional
- Place milk, yoghurt, apricots and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
* Kids will need supervision when using blender.
