Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Description:

This recipe is a tasty dessert which is gluten free, wheat free, dairy free and suitable for vegans.

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 banana
  • 10ml vanilla extract
  • 150g cocoa powder
  • 120ml maple syrup

Method:

 

Place all ingredients into a food processor, blend until smooth and pipe into glasses.
