Banana Caramel Smoothie

Description:

A smoothie that’s easy to make and ideal for a high energy boost.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 thickly sliced banana,
  • 2-3 tsp light brown sugar or golden syrup,
  • 1 cup vanilla reduced fat yoghurt
  • 1 cup low-fat milk or soy milk

Method:

 

  1. Using a blender, blend the mixture until smooth and creamy and drink at once.

* Kids need supervision when using blender
