Use our guide to help choose seasonal produce for your menu. Our planner automatically identifies items that are in season for the period you select.

Australia has many different climates and growing areas and we are fortunate to have an extensive range of produce coming in to season at different times.

For example we have tropical, sub-tropical, temperate and cool climate produce coming on stream throughout the year.  

The geographic spread of our growing areas also provides increased availability of many products often involving different varieties. For example, a different variety of tomato usually comes in to the Markets every full moon, each from a different area in Australia.
