	Description: - a sort of Jonagold - large conical shaped fruit - colour is copper just prior to harvest and this is seen in some early season fruit - colour changes to bright red with a slight striped appearance - waxy skin - rough textured flesh, crisp and juicy, cream in colour - excellent taste, good for eating fresh and cooking - Available: mid-March to early August
