Meera Freeman

Meera Freeman is a Melbourne based food consultant. She has been giving regular cooking courses in a variety of cuisines for 15 years, has presented at Melbourne Food and Wine Festivals, been a frequent guest on Australian radio and television programs and has contributed to Australian food and wine magazines. Thousands have participated in her cel ebrated Vietnamese gastronomic tours in Melbourne's Victoria Street and she is currently taking culinary tours to Morocco.

In addition to her food related work, Meera has worked in PR, sales and marketing and as a translator and conference organiser.

She is the author of three cookbooks
