Jo Richardson is a formally trained home economist with a style that is a mixture of pizzazz and laughter.

Her special touch with food uses ordinary ingredients and creates something extraordinary for the family.

Jo has been a contributing food consultant to many of Australia's much loved magazines throughout her career, such as Family Circle, Better Homes & Gardens and Good Taste.

Jo has also consulted to well known test kitchens and corporations, including Tupperware Australia, The Australian Dairy Corporation, Kraft Foods, Vita Soy and Simplot.

Her credits also include 18 months with 'Fresh TV' segments and with the Australian Womens Weekly.

Jo is a busy mum with two children who still finds time to present at lifestyle shows around Australia.

She loves nothing more than being in front of an audience or camera and making food fun!
