Sliced mango, pineapple, peaches, nectarines, apricots
Cherries, whole with stems attached

Tangy Raspberry Sauce:
1 punnet raspberries
1 tbsp honey
Juice of 1/2 lemon juice

1. Arrange fruits attractively on individual serving plates or one serving platter.
2. To make Tangy Raspberry Sauce, combine raspberries, honey and lemon juice and push through sieve with wooden spoon to remove pips.
3. Transfer sauce to a small bowl of and place alongside fruit platter for dipping.
