1 cup low-fat milk
1 cup low-fat yoghurt
2 bananas
2 tsp honey, optional

Method |

Place milk, yoghurt, banana and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
* Kids will need supervision when using blender. |
