Ingredients

2 small cantaloupes
Small wedge of watermelon
1/2 honeydew melon
1/2 punnet blueberries
1/2 punnet strawberries
Mint leaves to decorate

Method

1. Wash and dry cantaloupe. Using a large sharp knife, cut cantaloupes in half crossways and slice off the base to allow melons to sit flat. Using spoon, scoop out seeds and discard.
2. Slice and peel watermelon and honeydew melon, then cut into 2 cm cubes.
3. Pile cubed melon into seed cavities of prepared cantaloupes, sprinkle with blueberries and strawberries and decorate with mint leaves.
