Produce Report

Wow, what a July we have had and the hands are still freezing! August, last month of winter and what can be said except that we are all now looking forward to Spring. Vegetables have been very popular in recipes this winter and fortunately there have been good supplies to meet shoppers demand. Dishes as simple as roasted vegetables and soups have proven to be popular as they are easy to prepare and can be stored for the day after.
