Kangan Batman TAFE's Hospitality, Travel and Tourism department offers specialised training in the following areas:

• Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations)
• Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations)
• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
• Certificate IV in Hospitality (Supervision)
• Certificate IV in Tourism
• Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management
• Advanced Diploma of Tourism Management

Our students have the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge by organising functions, events and work placements. Event management and hospitality students recently hosted a sold-out Winberri Music Festival as part of the 2005 Hume Winter Music Festival.

Our students have also been successful in the Service Skills Victoria Business Plan competition, with many winning overseas study tours and work placements with major organisations.
